NOVEMBER NEWSLETTER
MAKE-UP CLASSES
(FROM OCTOBER STUDIO CLOSING)
We will be making up all the recreational classes that were missed from the studio closing October 21-27, 2009. Tumbling classes can be made up at your convenience during one of the existing classes. Please see your instructor for recommended dates and class times. Dance classes, however, will be made up during the second semester a little closer to the recital date. Anytime we need to schedule a dance make-up lesson, we prefer to use the hours to help prepare for the annual recital.
Arriving This Week
We have ordered NEW styles of T&P apparel along with dance supplies and accessories. Some of the apparel items include…sweat shirts, long sleeve tee’s, shorts and parent sizes.
COSTUME MEASUREMENTS
If you have not been measured for costumes, please see a T&P staff member at your earliest convenience. We need all students measured by Thursday, November 5th. If you’re unsure, please call or stop by the office.
COSTUME DEPOSITS
The recreational costume deposit was due on October 19th. If you have not made your payment, you will need to do so before we can order your costume(s). We will begin placing orders on Friday, November 6th. You will need to pay at least a $25.00 deposit per routine/costume before we can place your order. If you’re unsure about how many recital routines your son/daughter is in, please stop by the office or speak to the instructor. If costumes are ordered late, there is a risk of not getting them in time for pictures. Also, late orders will be responsible for the extra shipping charges.
COSTUME PICTURES, PRICES AND INFORMATION
We are in the process of posting costume pictures, prices and information. Most, if not all, should be up by the end of this week.
COSTUME BALANCE
Once the costume information is posted on the website, you’re welcome to pay the balance due at your earliest convenience but no later than the November 30th deadline.

CLASSROOM CHRISTMAS PARTIES
Since we didn’t get a chance to have most of our classroom Halloween parties, we would like to make it up to our dancers by having classroom Christmas parties.
(Competitive classes will not participate.)
DATE: December 14-17, 2009
TIME: The last 10-15 minutes of your class
BRING: Your favorite treat (candy, cookies, cupcakes…)
*There will not be a student gift exchange.
